With a Purchase Receipt
If you possess the original purchase receipt, you may return or exchange any item within 30 days from the date of purchase, provided that the item is in its original, unopened, and uninstalled state, and includes all materials that came with it. Returns failing to meet these conditions will be rejected. Items returned under warranty may be exchanged or refunded at our discretion. Refunds will be processed back to the original payment card, which must be presented at the time of the return.
Without a Purchase Receipt
Returning or exchanging new items (in original condition and packaging, unopened and uninstalled, including all original materials) without a purchase receipt may be eligible for a AAPS Merchandise Gift Card, subject to our approval. No cash refunds will be provided. Such returns will be valued at the item’s lowest selling price, determined at our discretion.
Non-Returnable Items
The following is an overview of items typically categorized as non-returnable according to our policy. Some parts may be refused return due to their similarity to their electrical counterparts (e.g., fuel pumps). However, our team members may decide to accept these returns. This list includes but is not necessarily limited to:
- Electrical components
- Chemicals
- Fluids
- Body parts
- Accessories
- Rims
- Tires
- Tools
Core Returns
All core returns must match the exact part purchased and be in the original packaging, in a condition suitable for rebuilding and undamaged. Credits for core returns will not be applied until the part is received. All fluids must be drained. Cores must be returned in their original box.
Online Purchases
Online purchases may be returned to any AAPS store within 30 days from the date of purchase, subject to the terms and conditions mentioned above. Original packaging, receipt, Order Confirmation email, or Merchandise Return Form must be presented. Refunds will generally be processed using the same method of payment as the original purchase. AAPS reserves the right to use an alternate method for refunds or credits as necessary. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable, except in cases of returns due to our error.
